I have a 1902A with my C128DCR, doubles duty with a Tandy 1000 SX. I do miss the 1902A having H/V controls, that would be nice!

Commodore 128D Pro Tip

If you are running out of space on your desk because of how large/deep the unit is you can move the unit to a shelf below and just extend the keyboard cable, or sit the 128D itself up on its side like a tower (assuming you 3D print some stabilizers to keep it from toppling over).

The keyboard uses a standard DB25 so you can extend it with a Parallel/Serial Port extension cable so long as it is Male to Female!

So the keyboard can be quite far from the computer if need be.

I sold MattSoft my 128D Keyboard so depending upon if he kept it you might actually be using my old one, lol.
