It looks like your Zero4U hub works without power for controllers etc. Mine doesn't seem to work at all, haven't tried supplying power yet (waiting to get the right connectors). Do I just have a dead board, or is it possible that it only works with power?
Any suggestions for sourcing the power switch and OSD button? I have parts lying around but I'd have to hack the plastic and the A600 case pretty severely to hammer them in. (I got my power connector in with some difficulty shaving down the printed plastic.) Just wondering if you have the numbers for the parts you used handy.

For the pinouts of the IO board,

For the A600, the anode and cathode of the LEDs have to be switched as the anode is the common wire. DOH! So I desoldered the LEDs on the A600's LED board and flipped them and soldered them back in so that I could use the cathode as the common wire to ground on the IO board.
Also, be sure to put a 200-450ohm resistor on the +5VDC line to each LED or the LED may draw too much power from the MiSTer and short it out.
As for the USB hub, make sure you are using an OTG cable from the MiSTer to the hub.

As for the switch and buttons, I have lots of spares and can bring them for you at the next Sea-CCC or I can drop them in the mail.
