This CD32 was frustrating beyond belief. The owner originally sent it in for a recap, but it had severe leakage and destroyed pads and traces as a result. When done the mouse while booting from a hard disk wouldn’t move up and down. The audio was also scratchy sounding. Fixing the audio was easy, it was just the three audio DACs. The mouse was another story. I replaced nearly everything in the mouse ports circuit, including U34. In the end it was the tiny trace from pin 3 solder hole seen here.
