This is awesome stuff. I bought a new A4000D PCB, but I'm not game enough to solder on it. I've outsourced the work to a professional firm, which specialises in rework, but I don't know how to go about buying all new ICs and components. What's the best approach to source the components, if money is no object?

Most of the custom ICs will have to be bought on eBay or from places like iComp.de (you can buy the whole custom chipset there, except for the CIAs). You will have a harder time finding some of the obsolete parts, like the delay line and DAC. Most of the other components can be bought new on Mouser.com or Digikey.com.
