I was listening to one of the video casts from the guys at gurumeditation.org and they mentioned a nice photo editing program for the Amiga.
It is called Grimm - and it looks like development stopped around 2001, but the software is still available at http://dspach.free.fr/amiga/grimm/index.html
It has different version for 68000 up to 68060 cpu's and can load and save jpg, iff, bmp, Tiff and more formats. There are a ton of editing, resizing, coloring, and other features. It does a great job converting 24 bit jpg files to HAM6 and HAM8.
I have been using TV Paint for a lot of work, but it is Overkill for some of the editing I need to do. Grimm is fast and does an incredible job.
The version on Aminet is 1.5 something, but the version on the website I linked to is 1.76
Check it out - I think you will find it useful.
