I have no idea yet, trying to tack down one thing at a time, I may have hastily replaced the video chip with a super Denise, thinking that was an issue, may swap it back in and re-test it, just in case I need that super Denise for the Amiga 2000. Need to test the keyboard cable as well, will manually test continuity and use a tester on it.

Ah, OK. AFAIK the Super Denise won't work properly in your A1K unless you have a Rejuvenator board in there. It should have an original Denise for sure.

Your A2K was made for the Super D.

This is with the front RAM expansion installed with the original graphics chip, I may reinstall the Spirit Inboard 1000 and see if it was my choice of Denise chip that was causing issues with it.
