Plea for help: a PCB for my C64 -project

Hi,

since I noticed that there are some hardware-gurus here I thought it could be worth it to ask for help with my C64-project.

Part of the project is to have either an IDE64 or a TurboChamäleon64 TC64 active.

As both expansions occupy the same port, I went for the X-Pander 3:

The thing is, it appears as if the TC64 is not compatibe to run besides the IDE64. Or vice versa.
Which is understandable, as both pretty much take over the system.

Now I could go the route to always switch all DIP-switches for either IDE64 or TC64 operation. While this might have long-term effects on the switches themselves, there also is the chance that the cartriges might still interfere on the lines that are not switched by the DIPs.

Enter a solution from 1994. A small circuitry to switch a single expansion on or off with a single switch:

Finally now my question and plea for help.
On page 2 of the pdf, the schematic is shown.
Could anyone help me with turning this into a PCB?
I ahve a friend who could solder the chips on it.
PCB design is beyond us.

sure will put the system into the showroom including all stories behind it.

Don't hold your breath, though.
This is a side project that will go on for months.
Hopefully this could be ready by first quarter next year.
