Well at this point Elbox has nothing more to add and I've spent $50 to ship my board for them to test it ok and send a new one back to me. I'll just put it back in the box and wait for the next ROM release 3.3 or 4.0 whatever and try again....for now time to put my case FINALLY back on ..until next time I have to not leave good enough alone
