Yep, the information given in Update #141 is distressing, at least.
I am sorry for @Jim being forced through such troubles.
It is an outrage that this company in China simply decides not to produce, print, ship, or provide replacements for any more keycaps! This has a very stale aftertaste and again raises the question of how much you can rely on an overseas company at all, no matter how good their reputation is.
Jim is honored to try to handle all the shipping and replacement of defective keycaps on his own, on top of the already pent-up frustration of the last month and a half and the added expense.
