I'm afraid that I don't really know how the local scene is -- I've never done anything retro-computing related locally. I do find Spanish people popping up in all sorts of groups and the second-hand marketplaces here are pretty full of retro computers being sold, so I am pretty sure that there events happening here.

If parties are your thing this is the biggest Amiga party event in Spain:

There are various other events dedicated to other retro platforms, 8 bit ones being pretty big in Spain as we are very fond of our eighties in general. But as far as the Amiga is concerned this one is the most important.
You can also find loads of retro computing stuff in an app called Wallapop.
